Full Body Strength & Conditioning:

Each session will give you a full body workout that will improve your strength and conditioning.

Flexibility:

You have 8 sessions across the week to choose from. So if you are a shift worker, a busy parent, a carer or have other interests, you can book onto a day and time that suits you.

Progress:

The sessions will have an emphasis on improving your strength and conditioning. You'll progress week by week at a pace that suits you.

Support:

The groups are small (mostly 3 people) which means you still get a high level of my attention. You'll encourage each other during the sessions and you'll have the same access to resources that my 1-2-1 clients have.

Structure:

No more guessing or wondering what to do in the gym! Get involved with workouts that flow and make sense, moving you closer to your goals session by session.

YOUR Plan:

Exercises within the sessions are adjusted for your level of experience and ability. Plus, you'll have the option to have your own plan to follow away from the group sessions.

Get to know:

Remove the fear of not knowing! Learn the fundamentals of each movement pattern and how to do them to best suit you as an individual.

Like Minded People:

They want what you want. When you bring people together, with similar fears, anxieties, wants and needs, you create an environment that pushes you to a level you maybe wouldn't reach on your own.

What's the difference between NewTrio and Classes/Circuits?

NewTrio is what's called Small Group Personal Training (SGPT). Within SGPT, the numbers are small. Usually a maximum of 6. NewTrio will have a maximum of 3 per session. The workouts will be structured, and within each session you'll work to your level of ability.

Classes and Circuits tend to have up to 20 people in them! The workouts are random and not individualised. You turn up and hope for the best!

Due to the numbers in SGPT, you get much more 1-2-1 support.

Is NewTrio right for me?

If you want to get in the gym, you feel comfortable around others and feel ready to get to work, then yes, absolutely.

The only time I'd say NewTrio may not be for you is if you have a very specific goal to get after or you feel you'd benefit from some 1-2-1 time to get you up to pace before moving into SGPT.

How long are the sessions?

Each session will be approximately 45-55 minutes.

What will the sessions consist of?

The aim will be to get you feeling progressively stronger and fitter.

With that, sessions will be put together to cover the full body and include elements of both strength and conditioning training.

Within each block of training, you'll do a variation of each movement pattern that suits your current level of ability.

Am I fixed to days/times?

No. The good thing about SGPT is that you have an element of flexibility.

There are 8 sessions to choose from! Monday - Thursday at 11am and 5.30pm.

At the point of induction, we'll discuss what days/times best suit you but within that you'll be able to change should you need to.

How long does NewTrio run for?

NewTrio isn't a time specific programme.

Instead, just like 1-2-1, how long you stay within the service depends on what you want to achieve.

During our chats to set you up, we'll discuss your desired outcomes and from there agree on a timeline needed to get you the results you require.

I'm not a member at Xtreme Fitness. Is it open to me?

Yes. So long as you train with me, you don't need to be a member. However, if you want to train solo too, you'll either need to pay a day rate or become a member.

What are the costs?

You have options of 2 or 3 sessions per week.

TWO per week £175 per month.

THREE per week £295 per month.

Payments are made by Direct Debit via GoCardless. Terms of Service apply.

What is the process to get started?

Click on a 'Register Your Interest' button. You'll fill in a quick form and then be invited to arrange a call. We'll have a chat about you and your goals, experience, wants and needs. If we feel this is a good fit for you, we'll arrange to have a chat at the gym and get rolling from there.
